Allsorts Dog Rescue
Allsorts is primarily setup to find homes for unwanted, unloved and abandoned dogs in Sussex. Many dogs are strays that have been picked up by various local councils and passed onto us for re-homing. In some cases we take dogs that are 24 hours or less away from being destroyed.

This is the new rescue to AHAR. She was hit by a car late last night and we got there in time. Thank god there is no serious damage, just a blood shot eye. She will spend a few days with us to recover and then we will bring her home. She is so sweet. She has made a new friend. Wait till you see the next photo.

This poor little one was found by a lovely group of kids in Rathmore grave yard. She is only about four weeks old. She had no chance being left there, her eyes were glued shut with infection. We have had an offer of a foster home in Galway but we need transport. Are you are anyone you know going there or even half way? Please contact us.

This most loving and gentle collie boy is looking for a home. He is about 8 but, he is totally blind. He responds to sound only he just wants to be loved and if you go to him and show him some affection he just so much responds to it. He will spend the rest of his days at the centre if nobody can give him a home, but he so deserves a home.

This group of kids and some of their very proud parents saved a poor collie who was dumped in Killarney in the housing estate they live in.
They spent days trying to catch him but during this time they fed and cared for him. (In the end my vet Peter, had to drug meat so they could catch him). He is so terrified god love him.
They then went door to door and collected 60eu from all the neighbours so we could start his vet bill.
But I never got such a welcome when I went in to pick him up. I was greeted with clapping and a group of some of the most beautiful kids you could meet. We had a great chat about animal rescue and all are coming to visit and help at the farm.
I was so blown away and so impressed. If everyone could be like this, my job would get a lot easier.
I hope all your parents are very proud of you. See you all soon xx

We stood for 8 hrs yesterday collecting money at our fundraiser. Then home to work the farm till late.
We had 8 ex puppy farm dogs come for help. Their owner died. There is 6 more to come and as of now 5 are heavy in pup so far.
Then a mom and 7 pups came, a tiny 4 week old kitten, a collie dumped in Killarney and just now a little rabbit hit by a car.
I just want to thank Julie and the volunteers who worked so hard today. Mathew, Tommy and I were so tired we got the afternoon off for a few hours. Just time to re charge our batteries. It has been non stop the last few weeks and we really felt it today.
We badly need more volunteers. We are so busy at the moment. I find there is not enough hours in the day.
