Hello Allsorts and AHAR, this is me from Cavan pound.

I used to be Farah, now I'm Rosie lee

I'm chilling out after a long walk and chicken dinner

I think I am definitely on to a winner

My mum and dad love their new pet

But they had to take me to the vet

A bit of treatment and I will be better

So this is why I'm writing this letter

I think I have found my forever home

So no more will I have to roam

A big Thank You Allsorts and AHAR for rescuing me

And rescue more like me, Rosie lee.

Just had an update on Joe from Cavan pound. Who was adopted by Elizabeth Hickey.
A little run around the garden at 4.30a.m.
Joe and I share the same choice in yoghurt – Onken Peach
At last – having tried different places for comfort – the cottage couch won.
Sorry I'm not familiar with Facebook, but I did want anyone interested to see how the lovely little dog that Joy and I talked about is now home. And again in thanks to Joy Rowland whom I spoke to about him first; he is called Joe (after Joy Rowland, who joined us together, also AHAR, Cavan spca and Cavan pound) Another one safe xx

The Friends of AHAR Patron scheme has been one of the bedrocks of our fund-raising towards the Purchase Fund for our permanent new AHAR Rescue Centre (30 acres of land and great outbuildings including an indoor arena and 28 stables).

You can become a Friends of AHAR Patron by making a donation of €100 or more through this link button – http://on.ahar.ie/patron

If you wish, you may record your Patronage in memory of a deceased relative or pet (just leave a note when making the donation). All Patrons will be acknowledged on our Patrons Wall which will be located in the reception area of our new property.

AHAR has Patrons from all over the world, including France, Germany, Holland, the United States and even Australia, plus virtually every county in Ireland and Britain is represented!

To date we have 239 Friends of AHAR Patrons, the most recent being O'Rioda's Bar near Castleisland – for which many thanks to Mary & her team! Our target is to reach 250 Patrons by Saturday!

So, if you haven’t already done so, please sign up (with a group of friends or family even) as a Friends of AHAR Patron – thank you!

This cuddly wee pug x is looking for a new home through no fault of his own.
