Picture this… i get two hours sleep. Up then feeding the gang. Then quick shower, on with the good clothes… tearing in the road to the fundraiser trying not to spill my tea, smoke a fag, text on one phone, talking on the other… while i drive..lol.
Get there, set up. Only to get a phone call from john stack (head of agri in kerry).
Hi suzanne, i need to meet you at the farm. Someone has made a complaint. So im like… "yip no bother, see you at the gate"
Then its back the road again, on with old clothes..(animals staring at me like " what! Is! She! At!….
    Then john and tim call.
A walk around the farm, meet all the animals..(said the horses were fat lol).
The place was spotless, every animal well taken care of….
    A wasted journey.
To the people who make complaints….
    I love inspections…
And pass them with five stars….
But what you did was deprive these helpless animals of three hours of donations, badly needed.
    Shame on you.

Today/yesterday? By now i havent a clue what day it is. Just finished work, poor mathew aswell. Thankgod i had his help.
At the kerry pound today, were twelve dogs. We were not expecting such an amount. The poor dog wardens were so busy, but in fairness they gave us great help with all the dogs info and loading them. I must say.. we have the nicest dog wardens in ireland…
Ive so much time for them, only for brendan.. hugo would have died. Brendan has a huge heart. Isnt it fab to hear a dog warden saving dogs and loving it.
If you have a lovely dog warden in your area, please free to post.
    I love positive stories..
But for now, we are up at 7.30am. Feed the animals, then fundraiser in killarney all day. (Thanks sarah for minding the farm tomorrow) then back to work at 7pm, till god knows what hour…
But i have the best job in the world…
    Nite/morning all… lol x
